Note PC and the tablet are all mobile-based IT devices but the difference between them is substantial. Users’ attitude toward tablet is clearly different from that toward note PC. We defined tablet project from a different perspective from note PC; we paid attention to drastically changing computing environment and changes in users’ lifestyle. We wanted ATIV Tab3 to be used easily and comfortably anywhere and anytime. Therefore, we created sensitive design that is easily approachable by reducing expressions to the most for the intuitive understanding. This is the essence of ATIV Tab 3 design.
