Defining worked with household goods brand Lune to design the concept of an ultrasonic mini humidifier. The design, named Airom, aims in a completely different design direction from existing products. Although humidifiers with home appliance-like designs dominate the market, we wanted Airom to completely deviate from the stereotypical nature of the humidifier design. We found that the way a humidifier functions is similar to using perfume, so we proposed a humidifier styled like a perfume bottle. The part with a built-in ultrasonic diaphragm is designed in various shapes and materials, providing the expandability to collect the desired products, which is Airom's iconic element.
